gajar ka halwa (carrot-pudding)

1/2 kg- gajar (carrot) peeled and grated
 1cup--  milk powder 
1/4 cup single cream
2 table spoon desi ghee
11/2  cup sugar powder
1/2 cup chopped almond and pistachio
10 to 15 cashew nut 
1/4 tea spoon nutmeg powder or cardamom powder
1) Put a thick pan on medium high gas flame ..
2)Add one tablespoon desi ghee or clarified butter  in it...
3)Quickly add grated carrot in it....
4)Add one and half cup sugar in the carrot and mix well....
5)Just keep mixing ..so carrot become tender and cook completely...
6)Now keep gas flame very low or simmer and  add 1/4 cup single cream and milk powder ...
7)Mix well with carrot pudding.....
8)Sprinkle nutmeg powder or cardamom powder as par your liking
9)constantly stair so it can not stick in the pan....
10)After it become dry and well cooked add chopped almond and pistachio  lightly mix it and turn the heat off...
11)Place it on a nice deep plate...and garnish with cashew nuts .....ENJOY.
